This pendant is made to hold a lock of hair, carefully preserved by hand inside crystal-clear resin, creating a keepsake that stays close every day.

Whether it's a baby's first haircut, a loved one who is deeply missed, or the fur of a cherished pet, every pendant is individually handmade using the hair you send us.

The soft pearl background lets every strand stand out beautifully, while an optional forget-me-not flower adds a delicate touch of colour without taking away from what matters most.

On the back, you can make it even more personal with an engraved name, date, meaningful words, your loved one's actual handwriting, or even their fingerprint.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive an email with all vital information on how and where to send your inclusions. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder. 
For breastmilk jewellery, you will receive a milk collection kit.

How long will my order take?

Once we receive your inclusions, your keepsake will be lovingly handmade within 15 business days. We will always send you a photo of your finished piece for approval before dispatch.

Solid gold jewellery has a longer production time of approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the piece you choose. Please check the individual product page for the specific turnaround time.


How do you keep me updated about my order?

We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process. You’ll receive an email when your order is placed, when we receive your inclusions, when your keepsake is finished and ready for approval, and again when your order has been dispatched.

For hair, ashes and other inclusions: Please place your sample in a secure zip-seal bag and include a note with your name and order number.

For breastmilk: You will receive a milk collection kit in the post.

White and very light blonde hair:
Some types of white and very light blonde hair become almost invisible in resin. The best way to check if the hair will show inside your keepsakes is by submerging the hair underwater. If it is visible, it will most likely be visible in your jewellery.

 

Gold and rose gold-plated jewellery

Our gold and rose gold-plated jewellery is designed to bring you the elegance and beauty of precious metals at an accessible price. Each piece is crafted with a base metal coated in a fine layer of 18k gold or rose gold, creating a luxurious finish.

Please note that over time, the plating will naturally wear off, revealing the base metal beneath. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewellery and not a defect. The lifespan of the plating depends on factors such as exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and frequent wear.

To help maintain your jewellery's brilliance for as long as possible, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Avoid contact with moisture, chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.
  • Store your pieces in a dry, jewellery-specific pouch or box when not in use.
  • Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt.

When cared for properly, your plated jewellery can maintain its stunning appearance and remain a cherished accessory for years to come.

 

Can you use human hair/ashes as well as pet hair/ashes?

Yes, absolutely! We can create your keepsake, whether it's a lock of hair of a loved one or your beloved pet friend's fur. All cremation ashes jewellery can be made either with human or animal ashes.

How much hair do you need?

Depending on the design you have chosen, we would need different amounts of hair. 
We usually need a lock of hair 5 cm long and 1cm thick. However, if you don't have that much, we can still create the keepsake even with only a few single hairs. 

How much ashes do you need?

We need only a teaspoon of ashes to create your keepsake. Any unused ashes will be sent back to you along with your order.
  

I can't find the shape/colour which I am looking for...

If you can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website, please get in touch. We are always happy to help, and there is never too much trouble for us. We will do whatever it takes to create the keepsake exactly how you have imagined it. 

What kind of materials do you use?

We use the best quality jewellery-grade resin, sterling silver, solid gold and other metals.

Can you gift wrap it and include a note?

Our jewellery boxes are already prepared for gift-giving. However, we can add gift wrap and include a note.


My order hasn't arrived yet.

We send all parcels - both domestic and international - recorded and/or tracked. If you are concerned about your package being delayed, please let us know, and we'll give you your tracking number.

Preparing Your Inclusions:

  1. Securely place your inclusions (hair, ashes, lace, etc.) in a small zip-seal bag or envelope.
  2. Include a note with your full name and order number.

Sending Your Package:

  • Ensure the inclusions and note are in a larger, properly sealed envelope.
  • Label it with the above address.

BREASTMILK JEWELLERY

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a breastmilk collection kit containing everything you need to safely send your breastmilk to us.

The kit includes a breastmilk storage container, protective packaging and full instructions on how to prepare and return your breastmilk.

We only need approximately 10ml of breastmilk, and both fresh and frozen breastmilk can be used.

There is no need to keep your breastmilk chilled during transit.
