What happens once I have placed m order?
You will receive an email with all vital information on how and where to send the hair/ashes. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.
How long will my order take?
From the moment we receive the hair or ashes, we need only 15 business days to make your keepsake. We always send the photo of the finished item for your approval before we send it to you.
How do you keep me updated about my order?
You will be updated throughout the whole process. We will send messages once you place your order, once we receive the hair/ashes, once the keepsake is ready and once it's been posted.

Please put the hair/ashes in a zip-seal bag. Include a note with your name and order number inside the package. Put the bag with hair/ashes and the note with your name and order number inside the envelope and send it to us. We advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Gold and rose gold plated jewellery
Our gold and rose gold plated jewellery is designed to bring you the elegance and beauty of precious metals at an accessible price. Each piece is crafted with a base metal coated in a fine layer of 18k gold or rose gold, creating a luxurious finish.
Please note that over time, the plating will naturally wear off, revealing the base metal beneath. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewellery and not a defect. The lifespan of the plating depends on factors such as exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and frequent wear.
To help maintain your jewellery's brilliance for as long as possible, we recommend the following care tips:
- Avoid contact with moisture, chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.
- Store your pieces in a dry, jewellery-specific pouch or box when not in use.
- Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt.

Can you use human hair/ashes as well as pet hair/ashes?
Yes, absolutely! We can create your keepsake, whether it's a lock of hair of a loved one or your beloved pet friend's fur. All cremation ashes jewellery can be made either with human or animal ashes.
How much hair do you need?
Depending on the design which you have chosen we would need different amounts of hair.
We usually need a lock of hair 5 cm long and the thickness of the pencil. However, if you don't have that much, we can still create the keepsake even with only a few single hairs.
How much ashes do you need?
We need only a teaspoon of ashes to create your keepsake. Any unused ashes will be sent back to you along with your order.
I can't find the shape/colour which I am looking for...
If you can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website, please get in touch. We are always happy to help, and there is never too much trouble for us. We will do whatever it takes to create the keepsake exactly how you have imagined it.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use the best quality, jewellery grade resin and sterling silver.
Can you gift wrap it and include a note?
Our jewellery boxes are already prepared for gift-giving. However, we can add gift wrap and include a note.
