Processing Time
All custom made jewellery require 10 to 15 business days to be made from the moment we receive your sample of hair or ashes.
Once your order is ready, an email dispatch notification will be sent to you.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48, and Tracked & Signed for international orders.
